1. When using the ship launching airbag, the airbag must be inflated to the minimum working pressure, otherwise the ship will be in danger of damage. The inflation pressure of the marine airbag is generally around 120kpa when it is used. The shipyard can adjust the inclination angle of the ship by adjusting the inflation pressure of the marine airbag, so that the component force of the ship’s gravity is slightly greater than the friction force, forming a force suitable for sliding down.
2. Don’t be too anxious when inflating the marine airbag, otherwise one side of the airbag may bulge due to excessive inflation, while the other side has no reaction, which will also cause the bulging side to burst due to excessive pressure.
3. The inflation equipment should be selected according to the size of the marine airbag. It is best to choose an air compressor with a capacity of 0.036 cubic meters per minute. The exhaust volume per minute is small, and the inflation time is about 5-10 minutes. In this way, the pressure can be observed frequently. The values ​​in the table will not cause the marine airbag to burst due to instantaneous overpressure.
   High-quality marine airbags can have a long service life, but incorrect inflation is the most dangerous killer of marine airbags. The correct amount of inflation will ensure that your boat can be launched smoothly!
