ISO 17357 standard
Nanhai's fenders meet the requirements of ISO 17357, ensuring high-quality inflatable fenders and good performance in safe docking.
Lifting ring and rotating ring
The fender is equipped with hoisting rings and rotating rings made of galvanized steel. Optional: stainless steel chain.
The sphere of the inflatable rubber fender includes three different structures. Outer rubber: The outer rubber is a high-strength compound that can effectively resist wear, bad weather and seawater erosion.
Reinforced cord layer: The cord layer is composed of reinforced nylon cords and a rubber sheet between each layer.
Inner rubber: The inner rubber is composed of isobutylene rubber with good airtightness.
1. Safety, safety factor above 4 times (bursting pressure is greater than 4 times the working pressure).
2. Easy to maintain, make up gas every six months.
3. The transportation cost is low, and the ball is easy to fold and transport, which can save 2/3 of the transportation cost.
